IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND A NICE ENERGY, AND THAT YOU’RE SUPER SERVICEMINDED. WE EXPECT THAT YOU’RE HELPFUL TOWARDS YOUR COLLEAGUES, AND THAT YOU WANT TO GIVE OUR GUESTS THE BEST EXPERIENCE, EVERY DAY.

SERVICE MANAGER

SERVICE MANAGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAILY OPERATIONS IN OUR RESTAURANT IN COLLABORATION WITH THEIR RESTAURANT MANAGER. BESIDE PROVIDING OUR GUESTS WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVERY DAY, YOU’RE ALSO CO-RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAINING OF STAFF, ORDERING AND CLEANING.
IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AND THAT YOU’RE A TEAM PLAYER. WE EXPECT YOU TO COME TO WORK IN A GOOD MOOD AND WITH LOTS OF ENERGY. AS SERVICE MANAGER YOU ARE HELPING TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR GUESTS ARE HAPPIER WHEN THE LEAVE THE RESTAURANT, THAN WHEN THEY ARRIVED.

KITCHEN CREW

AS A MEMBER OF OUR KITCHEN CREW, YOUR MAIN TASK IS TO PREPARE FOOD FOR OUR GUESTS. FURTHERMORE, YOU’RE MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF CLEANING AND HYGIENE IN THE KITCHEN TOGETHER WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES. WE EXPECT YOU TO BE POSITIVE AND TO BE HELPFUL TO YOUR COLLEAGUES. WE APPRECIATE THAT YOU SHOW UP IN A GOOD MOOD EVERY DAY.KITCHEN EXPERIENCE IS NOT NECESSARY, WE WILL TEACH YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

SHIFT MANAGER

SHIFT MANAGERS ARE CONTRIBUTING TO THE DAILY OPERATIONS IN THE KITCHEN IN OUR RESTAURANT. YOUR MAIN TASKS ARE PREPARING AND ORDERING OF GOODS, AND YOU’RE CO-RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD- AND HYGIENE CONTROL IN COLLABORATION WITH YOUR KITCHEN MANAGER. YOU HAVE TO BE A TEAM PLAYER, AND WE EXPECT THAT YOU COME TO WORK IN A GOOD MOOD AND WITH LOTS OF ENERGY.

KITCHEN MANAGER

AS KITCHEN MANAGER YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAILY OPERATIONS IN THE KITCHEN IN  OUR RESTAURANTS - IN COLLABORATION WITH YOUR MANAGER. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE KPI’S, HYGIENE CONTROL, ORDERING OF GOODS AND INVENTORY.
YOU ARE IN CONTACT WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE EVERY DAY, SO IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU STAY FOCUSED AND THAT YOU KEEP A POSITIVE MIND AND ATTITUDE. YOU HAVE TO MOTIVATE YOUR STAFF EVERY DAY, AND WE EXPECT THAT YOU COME TO WORK IN A GOOD MOOD AND WITH LOTS OF ENERGY.
